TicTap Shopping for the Visually Impaired
In a post a few weeks back, I mentioned that Damon and I were thinking of making it easy for folks with visual impairment to shop online.
Today, we released TicTap Shopping with Screen Readers for the visually impaired.
The top down layouts and large fonts should make it easy for their screen reader software to extract links and headers in a consistent way. Even if you don’t require a screen reader but have poor eyesight, you might still like the simplicity of it.
As this is our first attempt, we know many more improvements can be made. Please let us know if you have any ideas.
