PHP Session Problems - Solved!
At least, we hope so 
We were informed that search histories and watch list items have been disappearing. We were aware of it too, as our own histories and lists have mysteriously disappeared as well.
It turns out that we had misunderstood the session_set_cookie_params ( int lifetime ..) PHP function.
Apparently, the cookie expiry date is set once when it is created, where as we thought it is refreshed every time the cookie is accessed.
We’ve changed the values and your histories and lists should last for a very long time now.
If you have not cleared your TicTap cookie cache lately, then your existing search history and watch list entries will still disappear when the current TicTap cookie expires (we had previously set to 30 days). But it should be fine after that.
