Odd Google Bar Behaviour on IE

I had a shock this afternoon when clicking on a product link from TicTap did not open a new window to Amazon.com!

It appears that the Google Bar’s popup blocker was blocking it.

After desperately fumbling with the configuration for 5 minutes, I did what 15 yrs of experience using Microsoft products taught me - restart.

That worked. Everything is fine now. I’m still not sure what happened, but if anyone faces the same issue, try restarting IE or your machine.
